| Italian Abstract: | La tesi affronta le principali problematiche legate alla partecipazione di società di capitali in società di persone, ponendo particolare attenzione ai problemi legati all'insaturazione del rapporto societario per il caso di mancato rispetto del procedimento previsto dall'art. 2361 comma 2 cod. civ. ed al tema della c.d. supersocietà di fatto. |
| English Abstract: | The thesis concerns the partnership entered into by corporations, having particular regard to the problems related to the creation of a binding social relationship in the event that the corporation did not respect the proceeding required by the Italian law to enter into a partnership and the theory of the de facto corporation. |
